Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Definitions

In this Policy, "Company", "We", "Us", and "Our" refer to MarkOurDay. "User", "You", and "Your" refer to any person who places an order or uses our services.

2. Nature of Service

Our services are digital and personalized. Work generally starts soon after payment and after receiving your event details.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order and before any digital design or personalization work has commenced. Because our services are strictly digital, once the 24-hour window has passed or work has begun, no cancellations will be accepted.

4. Return Policy

MarkOurDay offers solely digital services and personalized digital products. Therefore, we do not accept returns. However, if you feel that the digital product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the finalized product so we can address your concerns appropriately.

5. Refund Policy

As we offer only digital services, under no circumstances will refunds be provided after 24 hours of placing an order. In the case of an approved refund within the initial 24-hour window (provided work hasn't started) or due to duplicate charges, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
